Dubai Pistachio Knafeh

Modeled after the viral Dubai Chocolate Bar— We were so intrigued, we turned it in to a cookie! With a classic Chocolate Chip Cookie dough base, lightly stuffed with crispy knafeh (shredded phyllo dough) mixed with Italian pistachio cream. It’s lightly stuffed and baked, a customer favorite for sure!

Ingredients: Organic all- purpose flour, 62% TCHO dark chocolate (organic cacao beans, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, organic sunflower lecithin, organic vanilla beans), butter (cream, salt), granulated sugar, brown sugar, pistachio cream (pistachios, oat milk powder, powdered sugar, high oleic sunflower oil, pure sea salt), 
kataifi pastry (wheat flour, water, salt), baking powder, baking soda, pasture-raised eggs, celtic sea salt, pure vanilla extract.
